Eric Freiman brings over 30 years of IT experience to his role as Service Delivery Manager for Dewpoint clients. In his role as Service Delivery Manager, Eric is responsible for improving service delivery processes, overseeing employees involved in the delivery process, managing and responding to client concerns and ensuring that Dewpoint provides outstanding customer service.
Eric holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe 4 Scrum Master (SSM) certifications. He started his career in application development, moved into project/program management, and eventually moved into IT leadership roles and service management responsibilities for a host of global clients. Eric is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
