As a Service Delivery Manager for Dewpoint, Lewis Jones III promotes the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and satisfaction for Dewpoint's clients. He is accountable for managing all team members aligned with their responsibilities and achieves productivity improvements. Additionally, Lewis participates and leads IT, Business and Organizational assessments for existing and perspective clients. He has over 30 years of information technology experience, including broad technical background and progressively more responsible positions of leadership. Lewis earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint, and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Youngstown State University.
