As the Human Resources Director, Renée Roth is responsible for setting direction to attract and retain the best possible workforce. She is also responsible to ensure Dewpoint adheres to policy and applicable laws and by being a resource for employees for training and development. Renée has an extensive background in Human Resources, including experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development, and legal compliance. Additionally, she has acquired over 14 years of leadership experience in various industries. Renee is on the board of directors for End Violent Encounters (EVE). Renée received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies at California State University. She also holds a SHRM-SCP certification.
