Rob Kondoff joined Dewpoint in 2017 as Senior Vice President responsible for Sales concentrating primarily on commercial clients. Rob Kondoff’s 30-year career has been focused on consultative IT services sales and solution support, working directly with clients across a diverse spectrum of industries. He brings a unique leadership ability to bridge business and IT topics at both strategy and tactical levels, with a “hands-on” style of leading by example.
Prior to joining Dewpoint, Rob spent ten years in executive leadership at HP where his most prominent role was Vice President of the Americas Solution Architect organization, where he also launched a new practice within Hewlett Packard Enterprise focused on designing and developing IT transformation solutions for clients facing critical IT and business challenges.
Rob is leading Dewpoint’s evolution in offering progressively higher-impact IT services-based solutions to enable business outcomes for our clients. His background prior to HP includes senior leadership roles in solution consulting and sales support leadership at IBM and a number of early and mid-stage start-up companies.
Rob is a native Michigander who earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer & Communication Sciences from The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He lives on a lake in Oakland County with his wife and daughter, where he enjoys boating and family-oriented activities.
