As President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Dewpoint, Ken Theis is responsible for the company’s strategic, tactical and day-to-day operating activities, including leading and managing an array of information technology services and solutions. He directs a high-performing team of company executives including business development executives, systems engineers, marketing and administrative support staff across the Midwest. As part of his duties at Dewpoint, Ken ensures the company's continued financial viability through sound fiscal management and implementation of strong planning programs and processes.

Pat Maltby has over 27 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. His strengths lie in his ability to leverage information, technology, and process management to complete the business vision and implement key business drivers. As COO for Dewpoint,  responsible for directing company operations to meet corporate goals, ensuring successful execution of business strategies, and participating in growth activities to support Dewpoint's overall business objectives.

Andy Kotarba’s professional pedigree includes an extensive background in the accounting and finance industry and demonstrated leadership in a variety of executive roles. Currently, he serves as Chairman and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Dewpoint.

As the Chief Administrative Officer, Tina Richardson is responsible for overseeing Finance and Business Operations.

Rob Kondoff

Senior Vice President 

Rob Kondoff joined Dewpoint in 2017 as Senior Vice President for Sales.  Rob Kondoff's 30-year career has been focused on consultative IT services sales and solution support, working directly with clients across a diverse spectrum of industries. He brings a unique leadership ability to bridge business and IT topics at both strategy and tactical levels, with a “hands-on” style of leading by example.

Chris Weiss

Chris Weiss, Chief Architect of Dewpoint, has over 26 years of experience in IT.  His role at Dewpoint is to help establish the technical direction of products and services, while assisting with business development and delivery.

Account Executive

With over 27 years of IT experience supporting both public and private sector clients, Bob Bartholomew serves as an Account Executive for Dewpoint. He works closely with clients to understand both their immediate and long-term objectives, crafts solutions that help to accomplish those objectives and manages the delivery of those projects. A hands-on leader, Bob is a business manager and growth agent who excels in delivering solutions with measurable impact.

Since joining Dewpoint in 2006, Michelle Massey's primary responsibilities have revolved around proposal management and organization process development for the company.  In addition, she oversees administration and vendor program management for Dewpoint.
