Topic:Mapping Project Stakeholders in a DevOps-style workflow
Presented by Chris Knotts, PMP
With the application of DevOps management principles impacting entire enterprise IT departments, it is important for project managers to understand who the stakeholders are in a DevOps-style project and how they map to typical technology stakeholder profiles. This short session will explain the contemporary roles of the various stakeholders one might find along the way on projects which espouse the principles of DevOps.

His clients include many business training companies and government agencies, including Cisco Systems, Johnson & Johnson, Harvard University, Coca-Cola, Department of Homeland Security, Hilton Hotels and many others.
