The challenge: Our client’s aging equipment necessitated a network switch upgrade, including replacing cabling. However, the company did not have enough staff to perform the work at the accelerated pace they needed. The company turned to Dewpoint for help.
The solution: Our team worked nights and weekends to refresh the network switches and organize the cabling. We also provided updated, detailed documentation of the configuration. We developed a five-phase, repeatable approach allowing Dewpoint to lessen the amount of time required to perform the refresh in several other plants throughout the U.S.
