Employee Events

Work Hard Play Hard is just how we roll at Dewpoint. Hands down, we host the best parties in town. A few of our favorites include the annual Kick Off, March Madness, Rock the Block and our Silver Bells Warming Station. We feel it’s important to connect with our co-workers. And we love to do so on a Friday afternoon or at a Dew Drop In. We also know how much our families matter so we have several fun family events throughout the year.

Wellness Program

The greatest wealth is health. And wellness is much more than your physical health. It’s your mental, social, emotional and intellectual health as well. That’s why we offer an Employee Assistance Program with access to free mental, legal and financial services. And in partnership with Sparrow Hospital, we offer a wellness program called “Be Well at Work,” plus discounts on gym memberships.

Professional Development

Success is never an accident. It never just magically happens. That’s why we have a robust training budget that allows us to host internal sessions and offer many options for skill developments, including online, classroom or conference. Our mentoring program is available to everyone who wants to participate. We’ve also developed clear job descriptions to ensure a clear path to success. And because we believe feedback is important, our employees can request a formal review up to four times a year through our specially created DewView Program.

Commitment to Community

There’s nothing better than lifting other people up, which is why one of Dewpoint’s most important core values is giving back to our local communities. We care deeply about improving the communities we live and work in. We donate as a corporation and as individuals to make a difference. Employees can donate $150 to a charity of their choice through our DewGood Program as well as use four hours of paid volunteer time on a yearly basis.
