Employee Events

Work Hard Play Hard is a way of life for Dewpoint. We host the best parties in town! A few of our favorites include the annual Kick Off, March Madness, Rock the Block, and our Silver Bells Warming Station. It’s valuable to connect with your peers and we love to do so on a Friday afternoon or at a Dew Drop In. We know how much your families matter and have several family friendly events throughout the year.

Wellness Program

Wellness is more than just your physical health – it includes your mental, social, emotional, and intellectual health as well. We offer an Employee Assistance Program with access to free mental, legal, and financial services. In conjunction with Sparrow Hospital we offer a wellness program (be well at work) and discounts on gym memberships.

Professional Development

We have a very robust training budget allowing us to host internal training sessions and offer several options for training and skills development including online, in a classroom, or at a conference. We have a mentoring program available for everyone to participate in. We have developed clear job descriptions ensuring a path for success. Since feedback matters, through our DewView program, you can request a formal review up to four times a year.

Commitment to Community

Giving back to our local communities is a Dewpoint core value. We care about improving the communities we work and live in. We donate as a corporation as well as on an individual level. Through our DewGood Program employees can donate $150 to a charity of their choice and use four hours of paid volunteer time on an annual basis.

Extra Perks

We care about our employees and do all we can to make work fun and make life fun by offering a variety of extras such as tickets to sporting events or theatre performances. We celebrate our wins, we congratulate our colleagues, and support one another.
